New Build
A project to build a high specification home, required assistance in the specification of the stone work and a supplier with the appropriate skills to be able turn the client’s ideas into working drawings and finished features.
The Challenge
Architects in conjunction with the owner had drawn up plans for a new high specification home. The drawings had been commissioned without the final stone work being detailed as this had yet to be decided.
The client’s requirement was for a mixture of unique stone masonry features to work alongside existing designs.
Our Approach
We worked with the client and their sub-contractors to complete a specification for the stone work. This work included the drawing and bespoke design of a number of pieces that had been requested by the client and matching these with items from the Cranborne Stone Range.
Once the client had approved the designs, quantities and pricing we planned and scheduled production to enable stage delivery to fit in with the building programme.
The Completed Project
The quality of finish of Cranborne Stone’s cast stone was ideally suited to this project. Our beautifully detailed, specifically designed cast stone features alongside items from the Cranborne Stone Range perfectly compliment this high specification home.
The careful scheduling of work and attention of our dedicated Project Manager enabled a supply of cast stone to be delivered to the site at the right times helping to avoid any unnecessary delays to the completion of the project.
